Josh Spoont is an associate in the Miami office of Richman Greer, P.A, focusing his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, employment law, and civil appeals. Mr. Spoont joined the firm in 2008.
Education
Mr. Spoont received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Spoont served as an executive board member of the Justice Campbell Thornal Moot Court Team, where he represented the law school, both as a competitor and as a coach, at national and state competitions. Additionally, Mr. Spoont was a teaching assistant for Appellate Advocacy as well as Legal Research and Writing. He also earned a Master in Real Estate from the University of Florida, Warrington School of Business, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Miami, where he majored in Finance.
